Our Story
Most software projects fail not because of bad code. They fail because nobody fixed the system around the code.
We kept seeing the same pattern: smart organizations with real problems, buying software that solved the wrong thing, or hiring consultants who diagnosed but never built. Strategy decks that lived in Notion. Reports nobody acted on. Tools that required the vendor to run them.
We built Revuity to do something different. Identify the problem. Design the system. Build the software. Make sure it runs.

Meet the Founder
Jay Burgess builds things that last, not things that demo well.
Jay Burgess is a solutions architect, data scientist, and founder with 15+ years building production systems across Fortune 500 companies, regulated industries, and high-growth startups.
He grew up in Los Angeles. He's still here. And the work has always been about building things that last, not things that demo well.
Before Revuity, Jay led technical engagements at Walmart, where his work drove a 37% lift in project completion rates, and Adobe, where he reduced creative operations turnaround by 86%. He holds an MBA, an M.S. in Data Science, and a Graduate Certificate in AI from Harvard.
Most recently he built ReggieAI, a production agentic compliance platform deployed at scale, with $2.7M in revenue generated.
He runs Revuity with a founder-led core and a curated bench of senior engineers and specialists assembled around each engagement. The overhead stays lean. The talent stays senior.
