    1. Introduction

    Revuity Systems ("we," "our," or "us") builds software and the systems around it. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect on revuitysys.com and across our service and product lines, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the site or our services.

    2. Information you give us

    We collect information you choose to provide when you interact with us:

    • Contact and intake forms: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the message or project details you submit — including discovery, partner, careers, and Collab application forms.
    • The Gloria AI assistant: if you consent to chat with Gloria (see Section 4), we collect your name, phone number, company, the contents of your conversation, and the time you gave consent.
    • Newsletter and white paper downloads: your name and email address when you subscribe to Systems Notes or request a white paper.
    • Call scheduling: when you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, and selected time under its own privacy policy.
    • Store orders: your name, email, and shipping address for merchandise orders. Payment is processed by Square — your card details go directly to Square and never touch our servers. Orders are fulfilled by Printify, which receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship your items.
    • Waitlists and Founding Circle: the name, email, and company you submit to join a product waitlist or membership program.

    3. Information collected automatically

    • Analytics cookies (only with your consent): we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not load until you click "Allow" on our cookie notice. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies and collects your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. If you decline, no analytics run and the site works identically.
    • Browser storage: we use your browser's local storage to remember functional choices — your cookie decision, your consent to chat with Gloria, and the contents of your store cart. These are preferences stored on your device, not tracking.
    • Server logs: our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (such as IP address and access times) for security and reliability.

    4. The Gloria AI assistant

    Gloria is an automated AI assistant, not a human. Before you can chat, we tell you this and ask for your consent. If you agree, your messages and the contact details you provide (name, phone, company) are collected and stored, along with a timestamp of your consent. We use this information solely to answer your questions and follow up on your inquiry. Conversations may be reviewed by our team to improve responses. If you'd rather not chat with an AI, every page offers a human alternative — book a call or email us directly.

    5. How we use your information

    • Respond to your inquiries and follow up on conversations you started with us.
    • Fulfill and manage orders, payments, and engagements.
    • Send you the content you asked for (white papers, the Systems Notes newsletter). You can unsubscribe anytime.
    • Understand site usage so we can improve it (only if you accepted analytics cookies).
    • Meet legal, security, and record-keeping obligations.

    We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

    6. Who we share it with

    We share information only with service providers that help us operate, each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us:

    • Google Analytics — site usage analytics (consent-gated).
    • Calendly — call scheduling.
    • Square — payment processing.
    • Printify — merchandise production and shipping.
    • Supabase — secure data storage for forms, chat, and orders.
    • Netlify — website hosting.
    • Email delivery providers — to send the messages you've requested.

    We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

    7. Data retention

    We keep personal information for as long as it's needed for the purpose you gave it to us — an active inquiry, an order, a subscription — plus any period required for legal or accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).

    8. Your choices and rights

    • Analytics: decline the cookie notice and no analytics run. To change a previous choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will ask again.
    • Email: every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option, or just reply and tell us to stop.
    • Access, correction, deletion: email hello@revuitysys.com and we'll show you what we hold about you, fix it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, these may also be legal rights — we honor the requests regardless.

    9. Security

    We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures and limit access to people and systems that need it.

    10. Children

    Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we delete it if we learn we have.

    11. Changes to this policy

    When we change this policy, we update the date at the top and, for material changes, note it on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
