    We kept seeing the same pattern. Smart organizations with real problems, buying software that solved the wrong thing, or hiring consultants who diagnosed and never built. Strategy decks that lived in Notion. Reports no one acted on. Tools that only worked while the vendor stood there running them.

    Jay is a solutions architect, data scientist, and founder with 15+ years building production systems across Fortune 500 companies, regulated industries, and high-growth startups. He grew up in Los Angeles. He's still here. The work has always been the same: build things that last. Before Revuity, Jay led technical engagements at Walmart, where his work drove a 37% lift in project completion rates, and at Adobe, where he cut creative operations turnaround by 86%. He has since generated millions in revenue through production systems, including $2.7M through an agentic compliance platform in a regulated federal market. He holds an MBA, an M.S. in Data Science, and a Graduate Certificate in AI from Harvard. He runs Revuity with a founder-led core and a curated bench of senior engineers and specialists assembled around each engagement. The overhead stays lean. The talent stays senior.
